It's a weighted composite of five dimensions: Performance (raw returns), Consistency (month-over-month stability), Risk Management (max drawdown, profit factor), Student Outcomes (retention, satisfaction, reviews), and Transparency (how much trade history is publicly auditable). Each is scored 0–100 then combined.
No. There are zero paid placements, sponsored slots, or ad ranks. The leaderboard is determined exclusively by the algorithmic Mentorly Score. We don't sell ad space against rankings, that's the entire point.
Mentors upload raw CSV exports from their broker (TradingView, NinjaTrader, MT5, ThinkOrSwim, etc.). Our engine parses every trade, calculates 11 metrics, and validates against execution timestamps. Suspicious patterns flag for manual admin review.
No. Everything is public, full leaderboards, full mentor profiles, full performance history, full stats. We only ask for your name and email when you're ready to apply to a specific mentor's offer.
Two streams: a flat monthly listing fee from mentors after they cross a milestone of referred students, and an affiliate commission when a student converts on a mentor's offer. Browsing is always free for students, and listing fees never affect rankings, the score is the score.
Initial application review is usually 24–48 hours. Once approved, CSV verification runs instantly on upload. You can be live on the marketplace within a week of applying.
Yes. Mentors who get reported for poor student outcomes, false claims, or refuse to upload updated trade history get suspended pending review. Quality control is enforced, that's what makes the verification meaningful.
